LifeHQ · Effective May 26, 2026
LifeHQ ("LifeHQ," "we," "us," or "our") operates the LifeHQ personal life management application at lifehq.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of LifeHQ:
- Account information — such as your name and email address when you create an account or sign in.
- Calendar data — events and related metadata from Google Calendar when you connect your Google account.
- Financial data — account balances, transactions, and related information accessed through Plaid when you choose to connect a bank account.
- Email and inbox data — message metadata and content from Gmail when you connect Google, used to power AI inbox and briefing features.
- Profile and preferences — information you enter in About Me, briefing settings, and other in-app preferences.
- Usage data — how you interact with the app, including features used, actions taken, and technical logs needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the LifeHQ service.
- Personalize AI-powered features such as daily briefings, inbox triage, and reminders.
- Send briefings, notifications, and reminders you configure.
- Process subscriptions and payments for paid plans.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- Monitor security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-party services
LifeHQ integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver core functionality:
- Google OAuth— sign-in and access to Gmail and Google Calendar, subject to Google's privacy policies.
- Plaid— secure bank account connections and financial data, subject to Plaid's privacy practices.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Supabase — authentication, database storage, and infrastructure for your account data.
- Anthropic — AI processing for briefings, inbox intelligence, and related features. Content sent for AI processing is used only to provide the requested feature.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is necessary to provide the service.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, access controls, and secure storage practices. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update your account information in Settings.
- Disconnect third-party integrations (Google, Plaid) at any time.
- Cancel your subscription through your billing provider or by contacting us.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting admin@lifehq.io.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise them.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the service is used. Essential cookies are required for authentication and core functionality. We may use analytics to improve the product; where required, we will obtain your consent.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may limit your ability to use LifeHQ.
